| Description | 16,000m² 12m-high warehouse distribution centre and office headquarters located in the Dublin AirPort Logistics Park. Warehouse heating is provided by gas-fired radiant tube heaters, with the offices provided with mechanical ventilation and a system of high-efficiency inverter-controlled VRV air-conditioning. Significant co-ordination was required within the warehouse with the nominated racking and automated goods-retrieval system specialists. As the first unit in the estate, early liaison with the public utility firms was critical in order to maintain the project target completion date. |
