| Description |
200,000m² of industrial/warehouse/office/production facilities located in the Dublin AirPort Logistics Park located directly off the M2 to the rear of Dublin Airport. The overall project includes development of site infrastructure, speculative "shell & core" buildings and tailored fit-outs. Significant site master-planning and feasibility studies were required at the outset in terms of securing provision of public utilities i.e. natural gas, ESB, site lighting, telecoms & water to the Park. Currently, 52,000m² of the accommodation is constructed and/or on site. |
