| Description | Extension to the existing Student Canteen and Kitchen to provide additional seating space, staff facilities, food storage & preparation areas. The project works were completed in a "live" facility and to a fast-track program subdivided into two phases. Particular attention was required in relation to Environmental Health Officer and HACCP requirements. Continuous communication was required with the campus catering firm, as well as N.U.I.M. buildings officers in relation to maintenance issues. |
