| Description | High-specification office development consisting two 5,000m² 5-storey office buildings located over a common basement car park, with focus on flexibility and sustainability/low-energy. The first commercial building in Ireland to be awarded a BREEAM "excellent" rating for sustainability. All building services were specifically designed to maximise flexibility for future tenant fit-outs without disruption. HVAC systems included ice-thermal storage for the chilled water, thermal wheel heat-recovery ventilation plant and energy-efficient lighting to minimise operating costs. |
