200,000 m2

Dublin, Ireland

- present, 2006

Rohan Holdings is a private property investment and development company that specialises in the development of prestigious offices, high quality business parks and industrial premises in Ireland and the United Kingdom.

To the rear of Dublin Airport is 200,000m² of industrial, warehouse storage, office space and production facilities located in the Dublin AirPort Logistics Park (DALP) situated directly off of the M50 via the M2. The overall project includes development of site infrastructure, speculative “shell & core” buildings and tailored fit-outs.

Axiseng are responsible for all aspects of the mechanical and electrical services design as part of the Masterplanning for this massive development.

Significant site master-planning and feasibility studies were required at the outset in terms of securing provision of public utilities i.e. natural gas, ESB, site lighting, telecoms & water to the Park. Currently, 52,000m² of the accommodation is constructed on site. Surface car-parking is provided externally to all units.

All but one of the existing units are currently occupied, with planning permission having recently been submitted for 180,000 sq.ft of new speculative units.
