Block H at Central Park is a flexible office building of eight storeys over a triple basement with a central core and efficient gross/nett floor area. An internal glazed atrium extends from ground floor reception to roof level. Green Property operates as the landlord for the building at Central Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18.
The entire building is mechanically ventilated including the basement car park. Air conditioning is provided using 4-pipe waterside fan coil units with PICV central valves and water-casted chillers. LED lighting is utilised throughout with automatic lighting controls. The building is designed to LEED (Core and Shell) Gold standards. The triple basement interacts with the entire basement campus provision internal of ventilation and fire.
Green Property have commissioned Axiseng to review the campus CCTV systems within the Central Park Complex as well as provide the mechanical and electrical services design for the building.
The communal areas are fully fitted out. The lower floors, basement level -3 to -1, are part of a campus carpark and are independent of the block. The campus CCTV system is concentrated around the car parking areas on basement -1, basement -2 and the main concourse areas and entrance area at street level. The recently completed development provides 8 floors of office space to multiple tenants.
