Scotch House Remodelling Bringing New Life to the Quays

Scotch House Remodelling Bringing New Life to the Quays

New Commissions

The Scotch House site is an important part of the Liffey Quays and the construction of the Rosie Hackett Bridge has opened up the prominence of this corner on both the north-south and east-west axis. A tired 1980’s office building originally on site is being remodelled to create modern office floor plates and a contemporary headquarters frontage.

The prestigious 3,855 sqm Grade A office building developed by Castlepark will also introduce a new café use at ground and basement level.

Axiseng are the Building Services Consulting Engineers working closely with the architects of the project, Lafferty, and the project has now moved to tender stage.
